1Work the review queue#
Review queue collects unanswered questions, thumbs-down replies, unclaimed handoffs, blocked answers and changed source pages. Each item shows the transcript.
2Promote a correction#
Write the right answer and promote it to a knowledge-base draft in one step. Set its source and verified date, publish, and the agent answers it from now on.
3Read the weekly report#
Weekly reports shows answer rate, handoff rate, median time to claim, contact capture rate, CTA conversion, top unanswered questions and LLM cost. Set LLM_USD_PER_MILLION_TOKENS to see cost, and RESEND_API_KEY to email the report.
Result
The agent's answer rate climbs week over week as gaps become facts.
