Multi-project & roles
One organization holds many projects. Each has its own knowledge base, persona, embed key, domains, CTAs and settings, and adding a product is configuration, not engineering.

Organization → projects#
Projects can be cloned (new keys, settings and CTAs copied, knowledge entries optionally copied as unverified drafts). Every change is recorded in an audit log.
Roles#

Sign-in is Google through Firebase Auth and invite-only. An owner adds a member's email and roles, and only those emails can sign in.
Pause from admin#
An owner can pause a project and choose how the site shows it: blank (nothing rendered) or dark (the bar dimmed with a short offline line). A paused project makes no AI calls, and open conversations stay readable in the inbox.
