The review queue collects unanswered questions, thumbs-down replies, unclaimed handoffs, blocked answers and changed source pages. A weekly report per project rolls up answer rate, handoff rate, time to claim, capture rate, CTA conversion and LLM cost.

The review queue#
- Questions the agent couldn't answer (
log_gap). - Replies a visitor rated 👎 in the widget.
- Handoffs nobody claimed in time.
- Answers blocked by the banned-terms check.
- Source pages that changed since the last crawl.
A teammate's correction can be promoted to a knowledge-base draft in one step.
Weekly report#
Reports are built for the previous week and shown in the panel. LLM cost appears only when LLM_USD_PER_MILLION_TOKENS is set, and email delivery is optional.
